Bethel on Mission
Bethel Baptist Missions exists to glorify God by introducing Jesus Christ as Lord to as many people as possible and develop them in Christian living using the most effective means to impact the world making a positive difference in this generation. We seek to follow the plan of the Great Commission, reaching people in Norman, Oklahoma, America, and other countries around the world.
Lottie Moon Christmas Offering
Every year, Bethel raises funds to send to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering, part of the IMB. You might ask, who is Lottie Moon? And why do we take up an offering in her honor each year?
Lottie Moon was sent as a Southern Baptist missionary to China from 1873 to 1912. She saw firsthand the world’s greatest problem — LOSTNESS. Meeting so many people who had never heard the gospel compelled her to write letters to American churches describing the need for a greater missionary presence.
She pleaded for increased prayer and financial support to send and sustain more missionaries. This challenge became known as the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering®. 100% of the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering enables gospel transformations among the unreached. You can be sure that this money is going directly to missionaries and the work they are doing in various parts of the world. Join the Great Pursuit and make Jesus known among the nations!

Annie Armstrong Easter Offering
The Annie Armstrong Easter Offering for North American Missions was started in 1895 by Woman’s Missionary Union® (WMU) to benefit the work of the Home Mission Board (now North American Mission Board). In 1934, it was named in honor of Annie Armstrong, a bold missions advocate and WMU’s first national executive leader. Today, more than $1 billion has been donated by Southern Baptist churches and individuals. Every gift to the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering – 100% – goes to train, resource and send thousands of missionaries involved in church planting and compassion ministries across the United States, Canada and their territories. Our partnership with Southern Baptist Convention churches and individuals makes this work possible.
We are united in sharing the Good News— you can safely give here anytime Annie Armstrong Easter Offering (please designate Annie Armstrong).
