Sewing Ministry

Second and Fourth Tuesdays | 9:00 AM | Main Building Room 203
Beginners are welcome! We can teach you what you need to know! Bring your sewing machine, quilting, knitting, or crocheting equipment or use one of the four sewing machines we have at Bethel. If you can't sew, we can teach you or you can still participate in the ministry by donating fabric or supplies that you may have on hand.

Whether you sew, knit, quilt, or crochet, Bethel’s sewing ministry is a great place for creating, fellowshipping, and reaching out to the community.

Local ministries we have served include:

  • Hope Pregnancy Center
  • Norman Mission
  • Oklahoma Baptist Home for Children
  • Helping Friends: Housing for Homeless Families
  • Veterans Administration
  • Center for Blood Dialysis
  • White Plains Boys Home
  • Boys Ranch Town

From quilting, baby blankets, fleece blankets, flannel blankets, to baby caps, chemo caps, and outfits, we are always open to new projects and providing items to organizations.
